More charges filed against man accused of raping 15-year-old in Rockland migrant shelter – Boston News, Weather, Sports

ROCKLAND, MASS. (WHDH) – A Plymouth County grand jury has indicted the man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl at a Rockland hotel used as a refugee shelter.

Cory Alvarez, 26, previously pleaded not guilty to one count of child rape. He is being held without bail.

According to prosecutors, the attack occurred in March.

Alvarez and the girl were staying at the Comfort Inn in Rockland as part of the federal migrant program.

He now faces charges on the charges.
