Rape: 14-year-old boy charged with raping his twin sister | Bengaluru News

Bengaluru: In a shocking incident, a 14-year-old boy has been charged with raping his twin sister in north Bengaluru. The incident came to light two weeks ago when the girl complained to her mother about menstrual problems. Preliminary investigation by police revealed that the school-age twins were living with their parents who work in garment factories. Since the siblings spent most of their time together at home after returning from school until their parents returned, they often played together. Their parents had bought them a smartphone which they used to watch porn videos. They allegedly had a physical relationship under the guise of playing a “father-mother game.” After the girl complained of menstrual cramps, her mother took her to a doctor and was shocked to discover that she was pregnant. When asked how it happened, the girl said her brother was responsible. The doctor informed the police about the incident. A case was lodged against the boy under the Pocso Act at Bagalagunte police station and he was sent to a government boys’ home. A senior police official said doctors aborted the fetus after informing the officials concerned and sent the girl home.
