Sean “Diddy” Combs is at the center of new sexual harassment allegations from a former model Crystal McKinney. McKinney has filed a lawsuit claiming she met Diddy at an afterparty after a fashion event in the early 2000s, when she was 22 and Diddy was 33.

McKinney claims Diddy forced her to perform sexual acts while she was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana, and suspects the marijuana may have been laced with other drugs due to its unusual strength.

The alleged incident occurred at Diddy’s studio in New York City and the lawsuit was filed under New York’s Gender-Based Violence Victims Protection Act, which gives survivors a two-year window to take legal action regardless of when the incident occurred .

The case was submitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

This is what the lawsuit says Crystal McKinney met Diddy at a Men’s Fashion Week Incident in New York City in 2003 in which he allegedly approached her in a sexually suggestive manner and offered her several glasses of wine.

Diddy promised to advance her career and gave her his phone number. He later invited her to his studio that evening.

Diddy and his colleagues are said to have drunk Hennessy and smoked marijuana in the studio. McKinney claimed that after taking a hit, she found the drink too strong and suspected it might have been laced with a narcotic.

McKinney first gained recognition as the winner of MTV‘s Model Mission in 1998, which led to a modeling contract with IMG. She appeared on several MTV shows and was featured in a Tommy Hilfiger fashion campaign.

According to an old interview, McKinney is from Savannah, Georgia, and dreamed of becoming a model since he was a child. Her supportive mother Cynthia and then-boyfriend Chaz were also highlighted in the interview.

These allegations against Diddy are the latest in a series of legal challenges for the music mogul.
