Accident causes delays on I-10 in Jackson County

JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) – An accident is causing delays on I-10 in Jackson County.

According to MDOT traffic cameras, there may be stop-and-go traffic in the eastbound lanes just before Exit 75 Franklin Creek Road.

MDOT said it could take up to an hour for traffic to return to normal. The accident occurred before 8 a.m.

The cause of the crash is under investigation and information about possible victims has not yet been released.
