Police are searching for a missing UC Davis student in distress

(FOX40.COM) – The UC Davis Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a student “believed to be in distress” who traveled to San Francisco.

According to police, Diane Shoyeon Min was last seen on the evening of May 17 as she left campus and took Amtrak to Mission Street in San Francisco. She was reported missing late Monday evening.


Min is described as an 18-year-old Asian female who is 5’9″ tall, weighs about 110 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Police said she was last seen wearing a dark top, dark pants and black shoes. Min is a first-year computer engineering student.

Police asked anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact UC Davis police at (530) 752-1727.
