British man who allegedly raped a young girl is accused of pushing her brother off a cliff

Stocks reportedly threw the boy from cliffs onto the beach near the southern town of Ovingdean in September 2022.

Stocks’ sister told her about his plan and warned him not to do it, an Oxford court has since heard.

In recorded interviews, the girl told the court that her family knew Stocks and he forced her to perform indecent sexual acts that “scared” her and made her feel “uncomfortable,” the BBC reported.

She told her brother about the events “in one fell swoop.”

The girl also said Stocks told her, “I want to get rid of him (your brother) so we can be alone.”

She explained that all she could remember was that Stocks wanted to “push him off a cliff.” She then warned her brother about the plan.

Stocks then planned to take the boy on a field trip, but the girl warned her brother not to go. He went anyway.

During cross-examination via video link, Stocks’ lawyer asked the girl if she believed his client was telling the truth.

“No,” she replied, the BBC reported.

Stocks denies all allegations and the trial continues.
