Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another legal battle.

The rapper is being sued by a model Crystal McKinney over allegations he drugged and sexually assaulted her in his New York studio in 2003, according to legal documents obtained by E! News May 21st.

In the documents, McKinney, who has modeled for brands including Tommy Hilfiger and Macy’s, claims that she was invited by an unnamed designer to a Men’s Fashion Week dinner at Cipriani Downtown, where she was told she would be introduced to Combs to get her advance your career. Before the event, the then-22-year-old model said she was instructed to change her appearance by dying her hair and buying a new outfit to ensure the Bad Boy Records founder found her attractive, according to the lawsuit.

And although Combs promised her over dinner that he would help her “make it big one day,” the 54-year-old also allegedly made “flirtatious” comments toward McKinney before inviting her to his studio later that evening, according to the filing to “get to know them better”.

While she was in his studio, Combs and a co-worker then, according to the filing, urged her to smoke and drink until she felt like she was “floating,” even though she had previously insisted she had had enough. Combs then allegedly demanded that McKinney follow him into the bathroom, where he “started kissing her without her consent” and forced her to perform oral sex on him. She said she lost consciousness shortly afterward and woke up “in shock” to find herself in a taxi back to the designer’s apartment, the lawsuit says.
