Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused in new trial of drugging and sexually abusing model Crystal McKinney

Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexually harassing and drugging a model. The model also claims that her career prospects “quickly began to fade and then completely vanished” after the alleged assault in the rapper’s New York studio.

According to court documents obtained by ET, model Crystal McKinney claims she met the embattled rap mogul in 2003, when she was 20 years old, at the behest of an unnamed fashion designer who introduced her to him during a Men’s Fashion Week event at the popular Cipriani restaurant in New York City.

McKinney claims the fashion designer “began dictating her appearance to make sure Combs found her attractive.” When she arrived at the restaurant, McKinney claims the designer insisted she sit directly across from Diddy, who was hers According to the statement, he began attacking her with flirtatious comments and later insisted that she would “make it big as a model one day.” McKinney claims she was already signed to the popular modeling agency IMG at the time and had modeled for Tommy Hilfiger, Macy’s and others after winning the first MTV show Model mission in 1998 when he was just 17 years old.

McKinney claims Diddy promised her he would help her with her career. However, McKinney claims that Diddy’s flirting throughout the night “bordered on leering as he leaned across the table toward her” and “drunk her on alcohol throughout dinner while repeatedly pouring wine on her.”

McKinney claims Diddy invited her to his studio after dinner. She claims she followed up with an assurance that they wouldn’t be alone in the studio. But when she arrived at the studio, McKinney claims “she found Combs and several other men sitting together.” She claims they passed around “a bottle of Hennessy and joints.”

McKinney claims she received a punch that she said “felt very strong.” The model claims in her lawsuit that she “later realized that Combs had laced the joint with a narcotic or other intoxicating substance.” She also claims that Diddy “pressured her to drink more alcohol and marijuana, telling her that she was acting too uptight.”

McKinney stated in court documents that she “felt like she was floating” and that “(Diddy) demanded that (her) follow him after he saw that she was heavily intoxicated.” She claims that Diddy physically led her to the bathroom where he “forced himself on her and began kissing her without her consent.”

She claims Diddy then “pushed her head into his crotch before ordering her to suck him.” She claims she refused, but Diddy “pushed her head onto his phallus and forced her to perform oral sex on him.”

McKinney claims Diddy eventually led her back to the studio and “felt more and more light-headed” before losing consciousness. She claims she “woke up in shock and found herself in a taxi heading back to the designer’s apartment.” She also claims that “when she regained consciousness, she realized that she had been sexually abused by Combs.”

Following the alleged assault, McKinney claims Diddy “blacklisted” her in the industry and “used his significant influence to hinder her career.”

Then, sometime in 2004, McKinney claims she attempted suicide and was hospitalized. And McKinney claims she experienced alcohol and drug addiction in the years that followed “as she tried to cope with the emotional trauma of the assault.”

McKinney – who claims that the clothes she was wearing on the night of the alleged assault are still unwashed and wrapped in plastic – stated that her marriage (from 2006 to 2010) “broke down because she suffered a nervous breakdown triggered by memories of the assault.”

McKinney, who lives in Georgia, is suing Diddy for sexual assault under the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
