Ayers Ratliff, deputy director of OHHA, charged with rape

Ratliff made his first court appearance Tuesday afternoon, where a judge set his bond at $500,000, according to court records.

Ratliff has been employed by the OHHA since November 2023 and was previously a track announcer at Northfield Park.

Harnesslink contacted the OHHA for comment but did not receive a response.

Ratliff, a Democrat, has served on the Marion City Council since his first election in 2005.
