A Marion County man was arrested after threatening to hurt people with a case of bottled water

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Officers have arrested a man who they say threatened to hurt people with a case of bottled water.

Marion County sheriff’s deputies say Antawn Walkins, 36, tried to steal a hat from the Pilot gas station on Highway 484.

Co-workers told officers that Walkins began threatening them, grabbed a case of water and said he was going to hit them with it.

Officers say that after his arrest, they had to drive their patrol car to him because he refused to get in the car.
