Garland police responded to a creek under a bridge near West Campbell Road and Water Oak Drive around 10:30 a.m. April 21 and found Harrien’s body among debris in the water, police said at the time.

Investigators believed the body may have traveled downstream from a location north of where it was found due to recent flooding, but police were working with the Dallas County coroner’s office to determine Harrien’s cause of death.

Although there is no obvious evidence of wrongdoing, the investigation is still ongoing as the toxicology report is still pending.

Anyone with information about the death is asked to call police at 972-485-4840.

“Our thoughts and support are with the family during this challenging time,” police said in a news release Monday.
