Roseburg police arrested a man on Monday for a suspected trespassing incident.

According to an RPD report, just before 5:30 p.m., officers contacted the 20-year-old at a store in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens Street because he refused to leave. The man had been trespassed from the same spot two days earlier. He was under post-prison supervision and his probation officer requested that he be detained.

The suspect was charged with second-degree trespassing and probation violation. He was held on $1,250 bail and released early Tuesday morning.
