A hospital in Gaza said on Sunday that at least 20 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a house in a refugee camp in the center of the Palestinian territory.

“We have suffered 20 deaths and several injuries after an Israeli airstrike attacked a house belonging to the Hasan family in Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza,” Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital said in a statement.

Witnesses said the strike took place around 3:00 a.m. local time. The Israeli army said it was reviewing the report.
