Delco shooting leaves one teenager dead, another injured, police say – NBC10 Philadelphia

According to police, an investigation is ongoing into a shooting that left one teenager dead and another injured in Delaware County on Friday afternoon.

According to police, Collingdale police were dispatched to a shooting in the 100 block of Lafayette Avenue around 4:20 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found two juvenile males suffering from gunshot wounds, according to police.

According to police, one suffered a gunshot wound to the upper body and the other suffered a gunshot wound to the foot. Both were taken to hospital.

The teenager who was shot in the upper body died shortly after arriving at the hospital, police said.

At this time, police said they would not release the names of the two victims.
