First weather warning:

• Dry and hotter weekend
• Highs near 90° Sunday-Tuesday
• There is potential for a first day of alert on Tuesday due to severe storms

This weekend: Expect a warming trend this weekend, highs in the mid 80s Saturday and 90 through Sunday.

Next week: It will be warm to hot early in the week and we should keep an eye on Tuesday evening or Tuesday night for a possible weather warning day as strong storms are possible. It’s still a little early to determine the intensity and timing, but we wanted to let you know that we are seeing the possibility of strong storms early next week.
