On Friday we were in FOX 10 Stormtracker alert mode

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – We were on FOX 10 Stormtracker alert mode all day Friday here on the Gulf Coast. We saw some rain, thunder and lightning – and parts of our viewing area were under a tornado watch.

Undoubtedly a bad end to the work week – it rains all day.

Viewers submit weather videos and images throughout the day. Videos and pictures of Hagel, who comes to us from Citronelle, Silverhill and Century, Florida.

FOX 10’s Nicholas Herboso was on the FOX 10 Stormtracker bringing you real-time live updates.

Minor damage was also sent to the newsroom. A picture sent to us by Pamela Boyd in Fairhope shows a fallen tree. Pictures also reach us from the Castlewood Subdivision in West Mobile. Enough wind there to cause a mess.

Meanwhile, forecasts suggest another series of storms will occur early Saturday.
