Two Troup County students were ejected from their car in a crash and three other students were injured

LAGRANGE, Ga. (WTVM) – Five Troup County High School students were involved in a car accident in LaGrange Thursday afternoon.

According to officers, the car they were traveling in was crossing Hogansville Road. and into the path of a Troup County School System truck. The truck was a Dodge Ram 3500 that struck the passenger side of the car.

Officials said two of the students were ejected and had to be flown to an Atlanta hospital. The health status of three other students and a Dodge truck driver is unknown.
