Grandview informs parents about investigation into high school employees

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Grandview School District notified parents this week of an ongoing investigation involving an employee at Grandview High School.

Although the nature of the investigation was not disclosed, the district said it “takes very seriously any allegations that threaten the well-being of students.”

Further details were not available due to staffing reasons.

“We would like to inform you of allegations circulating in our school community against a Grandview High School employee,” the letter said.

The letter goes on to say that after learning of the concern, the district administration “initiated a thorough investigative process to ensure the safety of our students, which is always our top priority.”
