Funeral announced for slain Ohio police officer – WHIO TV 7 and WHIO Radio

EUCLID – Funeral arrangements have been announced for an Ohio police officer who was shot in the line of duty last weekend.

News Center 7 previously reported that 23-year-old Euclid Police Officer Jacob Derbin died on May 11 after he was ambushed by a suspected gunman, Deshawn Vaughn, as he opened fire.

Officers found Vaughn dead in an apartment in Shaker Heights on Sunday after a standoff.
