NFL Analyst Says Atlanta Falcons Rookie Should Make an Impact in 2024

In a recent article, ESPN NFL analyst Field Yates ranked the non-first-round picks in the 2024 draft that will make an immediate impact in 2024. Yates says Atlanta Falcons rookie Bralen Trice will have immediately had an impact on Atlanta’s defense. Yates goes on to say that he could have picked virtually any of the Falcons’ defensive additions to the top seven, but that Trice was the choice because he “wouldn’t have anticipated that (Trice) would still be on the board at choice n°74”.

“..a combined average performance may have contributed to a mini slide. Atlanta desperately needed pass rushers in the draft, as the team’s top two sackers starting in 2023 are both unsigned free agents and n only had 6.5 sacks last season (Calais Campbell and Bud Dupree). »

Trice’s effort and mindset should give Falcons fans hope that he could be the answer to Atlanta’s long-standing problems generating a pass rush. Mix that with the fact that the defensive line has improved in terms of talent and versatility and Falcons fans have a lot to look forward to in 2024.
