Wanted felon who “eats meth” arrested after fleeing authorities

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. – Several suspects were arrested as authorities patrolled Gibson County during the Strawberry Festival.

According to the West Tennessee Drug Task Force – 28th, 29th, 30th Districts, agents arrested 10 people in the Gibson County area between Thursday and Saturday night.

These arrests include the seizure of five guns as well as half an ounce of cocaine, nearly an ounce of methamphetamine and marijuana.

The Drug Task Force also reports that a violent wanted felon was arrested who was “eating meth” as he fled from agents in his car.

These cases are being prosecuted by the Office of the District Attorney, 28th Judicial District, Frederick Agee.
