Woman seriously injured after shooting near homeless encampment – ​​WSB-TV Channel 2

ATLANTA — A shooting seriously injured a woman near a homeless encampment Sunday morning.

Around 6:10 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of Pryor Street and found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound.

The investigation revealed that there had been a fight between two men in the encampment, which resulted in shots being fired and the woman being hit.

Police said the two men and the woman knew each other before the shooting.
