South TV actor Pavithra Jayaram dies in a road accident

Actor Pavithra Jayaram, who portrayed the role of Thilottama in the hit Telugu television series Trinayani, died in a road accident in Mahbubnagar district of Telangana.
Jayaram died on the spot in the accident at Divitipally in Mahbubnagar district while she was returning to Hyderabad from Bengaluru on Sunday, police said.

According to Bhoothpur police, “She died in a road accident at Divitipally in Mahbubnagar district at 1 am last night. She was traveling from Bengaluru to Hyderabad.” Her car lost control and hit the divider and later her vehicle was hit by hit by a bus, it was said.
While Pavitra Jayaram died in the accident, according to media reports, her cousin and her driver were seriously injured in the incident.
