Paige Nielsen wins the match against her former team

Dash defender Paige Nielsen found the back of the net late in added time to send Houston past Angel City FC, 1-0, burning her former team Sunday at BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.

Nielsen scored on the final kick of the game in the 98th minute when he found a weak spot in the cover after a corner and buried a left-footed shot.

The Dash earned their second win of the season and sit 10th in the NWSL standings.

Houston hosts the Portland Thorns Friday at 7 p.m.
