More than two dozen anti-Israel protesters were arrested overnight in recent unrest in the Big Apple, including a serial protester and a Brooklyn bartender who once allegedly refused to serve a Jewish customer.

At least 27 people were handcuffed as demonstrations near the star-studded Met Gala on the Upper East Side descended into chaos Monday night According to police, a mob vandalized a World War I memorial in Central Park and burned an American flag.

Among those arrested was 32-year-old repeat offender Alvin Dan of Staten Island, who police said was among the pro-Palestine protesters arrested for disrupting the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade last year.

Dan was also accused of harassing a conservative Jewish journalist last April at the Bedford-Stuyvesant bar where he worked because of the patron’s Zionist views, a lawsuit filed at the time.

The serial anti-Israel protester was hit with a charge of resisting arrest and released on an appearance ticket following Monday’s unrest, police sources said.

Four other people also received tickets for trespassing and resisting arrest, while 21 people were released on citations.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old Leila Nouri was charged with assault and resisting charges, the sources said.

Chaos erupted after a crowd of more than 1,000 demonstrators attempted to flock to the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Met Gala as part of a “Day of Rage” protest organized by the Palestinian activist group Within Our Lifetime.

Sources said the arrested protesters were handcuffed near Madison Avenue and East 83rd Street after marching from CUNY’s Hunter College.

After being blocked by police officers and redirected toward Central Park, anarchists desecrated the 107th Infantry World War I Memorial, set fire to the U.S. flag, and vandalized a monument to Civil War General William Tecumseh Sherman in Grand Army Plaza.

The demonstrators scrawled “Gaza” in large black letters across the monuments and covered the statues with stickers of the Palestinian flag that read “Stop the genocide.” End apartheid. Free Palestine.”

“Let me be clear that this is unacceptable behavior and will not be tolerated,” said NYPD Assistant Commissioner of Operations Kaz Daughtry tweeted of the “heinous crime”.

“We will leave no stone unturned until the perpetrators are brought to justice. Destroying a monument, a symbol of memory and honor, is not only a criminal act, but also a disrespect for the sacrifices of those who served our country.

“This should serve as a warning to anyone who dares to deface our city’s landmarks – there will be consequences,” he added.
