TBI issues Silver Alert for man last seen on May 4, 2024 in Scott Co

SCOTT COUNTY, Tenn. (WATE) – The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a man who was last seen on May 4th.

According to TBI, Audie Harness, 70, was last seen in Scott County.


Scott is 1.90 m tall, weighs 77 kg, has gray hair and blue eyes. The TBI says he may be driving a white 2000 GMC Envoy with TN tag 175 BDFK.

The TBI said Harness suffers from a medical condition that could affect his ability to return safely without assistance.

Anyone who sees Harness or knows where he may be is asked to contact the Scott County Sheriff’s Office at 423-663-0409 or the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND.
