Police arrest suspect after shooting near Broadway in downtown LA

A suspect who was shot into a coffee shop was then found by LAPD. A chase ensued into a parking garage, where the suspect was caught. His weapon was recovered. The LAPD is handling the incident. Unknown why he shot into the cafe.
