HOUSTON – A flood watch is now in effect for Madison, Houston, Trinity, San Jacinto and Walker counties until 7 a.m. Monday morning. We’re tracking another round of storms that could bring another 2 to 4 inches of rain with showers of 6 inches of rain – to areas already hit hard by last week’s flooding. This threat of flooding also comes with the risk of severe thunderstorms that can produce hail and damaging winds.
