Four people were found dead in the rubble of a building hit during a Ukrainian attack on the border town of Belgorod, Russia’s Emergencies Ministry said on Sunday.

“Two more bodies were recovered from the rubble in Belgorod,” the ministry said on social media, after earlier reports that two people were found dead at the same site.
