It was another embarrassing moment for Man United.

An investigation has been launched after a prankster managed to board Manchester United’s team bus following their defeat to Crystal Palace.

Erik ten Hag’s side suffered an embarrassing 4-0 defeat to Palace on Monday night that summed up a disappointing season.

The miserable performance dealt a major blow to United’s hopes of playing in European football next season and increased the pressure on Ten Hag.

And as if the United stars’ performances weren’t bad enough, the club caused another row when a prankster boarded the team bus outside Selhurst Park.

According to the Daily Mail, prankster Lizwani bypassed security by dressing up in a full club tracksuit and carrying a designer toiletry bag.

The YouTuber reportedly boarded the bus and casually sat down, but United security staff spotted him and escorted him out of the vehicle before it headed to Manchester. Lizwani was held until police arrived to speak to him.

The incident is viewed as a significant security breach by the club and the Premier League has warned his clubs to watch out for repeats.

Palace have launched their own investigation into the incident; The Eagles believe Lizwani was hiding in the area where the United bus arrived before his transfer.

Lizwani takes precedence when it comes to sneaking into places he shouldn’t go.

In February, he took the stage at the 2024 BAFTA Awards with the cast and crew of Oppenheimer and stood behind film star Cillian Murphy and producer Emma Thomas as they accepted the award for Best Film.

He has infiltrated other awards shows including the Ballon d’Or, MOBO Awards and the Brit Awards in 2022.

In 2018, Lizwani shared a video about entering a Tottenham Hotspur game and posed outside with Argentina international Erik Lamela.
