First Alert Weather: From clouds to some sunshine on Mother’s Day – with another chance to see the Northern Lights

It’s pretty much a no-go for the Northern Lights on Saturday night as it’s pretty cloudy with a few showers. Looking ahead to Sunday and Mother’s Day, we’ll see some clouds with patchy fog and a few light showers in the morning. There should be a slow improvement throughout the day as there will be some sunshine with only a slight chance of rain.

All eyes are on Sunday evening: with the expected clearing there is the possibility of seeing the northern lights again.
