Lexington man charged with child exploitation in Morehead KSP

Terence Clemons, 50, was charged with four counts of prohibited use of electronic communications to solicit a minor.

MOREHEAD, Ky. (FOX 56) – A Lexington man has been charged in connection with an ongoing investigation in Morehead, according to the Kentucky State Police Department (KSP).

KSP Morehead said in a news release Saturday that it received a complaint that “inappropriate photos were sent from an adult to a juvenile.”


Authorities said investigators discovered that 50-year-old Terence Clemons reportedly sent inappropriate photos of himself to a minor.

KSP said investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Clemons and charged him with four counts of prohibited use of electronic communications to solicit a minor.

According to authorities, Clemons was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center. The investigation is ongoing.
