GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Elvert Joseph Perry III, 35, was arrested last night and charged with criminal damage to property over $1,000 and disorderly intoxication after he allegedly threatened to “fight everyone out here” following a fight in Carver Gardens (1101 SE). and β€œto kill everyone.” 15th St.).
