Rogers woman dies in car crash Friday morning in Bentonville

BENTONVILLE – A woman was killed in a car crash on Interstate 49 Friday morning, according to an Arkansas State Police accident report.

Angela Williams, 43, of Rogers was traveling south on I-49 near mile marker 86 when the 2017 Ford Edge she was driving veered off the road to the right. According to the report, the car struck a highway sign and then continued south before hitting a concrete bridge, overturning and catching fire.

This happened around 10:53 a.m. on Friday. Weather conditions were clear at the time, the report said.
