1 dead, 2 arrested after shooting at Lindsay gas station

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide at the TripCo gas station in Lindsay on Friday.

LINDSAY, Calif. – The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a homicide in Lindsay.

Officers responded to a shooting at the TripCo gas station at Spruce Avenue and Highway 137 just after 11:30 a.m. Friday.

23-year-old Andrew Gonzalez was found with a gunshot wound and taken to the hospital, but later died from his injuries.

Homicide detectives identified 23-year-old David Vielma as the suspect.

He was arrested on Friday evening around 10:30 p.m.

21-year-old Jasmin Valencia was also arrested for accessory to murder.
