Incident at Leominster apartment complex sparks major police response

LEOMINSTER, Mass. – An overnight incident at an apartment complex in Leominster sparked a major police operation.

Massachusetts state troopers and officers from the Leominster Police Department were seen gathered outside the Riverside Apartment Complex on State Street.

Video from the crime scene showed a large area outside one of the buildings cordoned off from the crime scene with yellow crime scene tape.

No additional information was available.

Leominster Inquiry

Police did not provide specific information about the nature of the investigation, saying only that the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office was involved.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
