Nighttime accident on Bourne Bridge is under investigation

BOURNE – An overnight accident on Bourne Bridge is under investigation. According to reports, it started when a vehicle on the bridge appeared to run out of fuel. The driver got fuel for the vehicle. A Mass State Police trooper responded to the scene. At some point a white Volkswagen is said to have hit the broken down vehicle. At least one person was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries.
