5 Buffalo Bills whose stocks soared during the 2024 offseason

The Buffalo Bills had a decision to make this offseason about whether to re-sign AJ Epenesa or Leonard Floyd, who actually led the Bills last season in sacks. In the end, it would be Epenesa who returned with a two-year contract.

The former second-round pick has now had back-to-back seasons with 6.5 sacks, but appears to be poised for a much larger role. While Von Miller is still on the roster, Epenesa should be the starter opposite Greg Rousseau for this defense at defensive end as Sean McDermott indicated earlier this offseason.

It will certainly be a role Epenesa will have to earn, but considering the Bills have seemingly only added pass rush specialists in free agent signing Casey Toohill and fifth-round pick Javon Solomon, great confidence is placed in Epenesa to take the next step.
