WFTV reported that the arrest was one of four people arrested as part of a sting operation. The arrest report states that the matter revolved around an online dating app for men.

A report filed by the sheriff’s office said Mills, 53, was arrested at Sandlando Park in Altamonte Springs after he allegedly attempted to solicit sex from an undercover officer in Seminole County. The Seminole County Clerk of Court said Mills, as a first-time offender, faces one count each of indecent exposure and solicitation of prostitution.
