A Licking man was arrested on three charges, according to state police

A Licking man is charged with three felonies following a traffic stop by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Friday.

Joshua D. Baldwin, 45, is charged with DUI-alcohol, aggravated offender; Failure to drive on the right side of the road resulting in an accident and failure to display valid license plates.

He was taken to the Texas County Jail where he is being held.
