TikToker Bryanthediamond is charged with driving under the influence and hit-and-run

TikToker Bryanthediamond was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence and fleeing the scene of an accident.

TikToker Bryanthediamond has over six million followers on TikTok and receives millions of views every day thanks to several videos per day where he shares his thoughts about what’s going on in the world and in his life.

Just recently, he shared his thoughts on trying to charge his electric car, as well as the viral trend of people getting certificates to become veneer technicians.

On May 8, 2024, Bryan was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, and leaving the scene of an accident causing damage in Osceola County, Florida.

According to an error when clicking on his name on the Osceola County website, the TikToker is no longer in custody.

“These online listings only display details of inmates currently housed in the Osceola County Jail. Once the inmate is released or his record is expunged, he will no longer appear on this website,” it said.

According to the Florida Department of Highway Safety, the TikToker faces six months in prison if Bryan drives under the influence for the first time. If convicted on the other charges, the sentence could be even harsher.

The news quickly spread across social media, including on the TikTok gossip subreddit, where many shared their thoughts about the arrest.

“Holy shit, so he had an accident and left the scene too? AND resisted arrest? Jfc,” one user replied.

Another commented: “He’ll probably act like it’s not that big of a deal and he’s been tricked somehow.”

This news comes shortly after YouTube streamer “VP” went viral after sharing how she drove under the influence and accidentally hit a pedestrian before immediately ending the stream.

At the time of writing, Bryan has not commented on the arrest, but we will be sure to update this article if he does.
