The fugitive wanted in a fatal hit-and-run crash was in a white Chevy Malibu

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — Investigators searching for the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash asked for the public’s help Friday in locating a Chevy Malibu with passenger-side damage.

According to Officer Christian Lata, a spokesman for the Hollywood Police Department, the white car is likely missing a passenger side fog light and part of the front bumper.

Police officers found the hit-and-run victim dead at Stirling Road and Sarazen Drive around 8:45 p.m. on Thursday. Investigators estimate the Chevy Malibu is from 2016 to 2018.
