Walker man sentenced to 30 years in prison for teenage rape | Crime/Police

A Walker man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison and chemical castration for raping three teenagers.

Blake “Sparky” Lott was convicted of three counts of second-degree rape, 21st Judicial District Attorney Scott M. Perrilloux said Thursday.

In April 2021, a juvenile told the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office that she had been sexually abused by Lott. Further investigation revealed two additional juvenile victims and DNA evidence, Perrilloux said.

Judge Erika Sledge sentenced Lott to 30 years of hard labor without probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Lott will also be chemically castrated and required to register as a sex offender for life, Perrilloux said.
