🌱 Toledo Police Search for Missing Child + Accident on Airport Highway

  1. 13 years old Sakoya Sykes went missing on Monday after leaving the house Chase STEMM Academy around 11:20 a.m. Toledo Police are conducting a youth search and encouraging anyone with information to get in touch crime fighter. (WTOL)

  2. A Toledo man who worked there Ukraine has returned home eight months after the city was evacuated Kyiv. Known only as “Josh” for security reasons, the person was able to leave the country in mid-February following warnings from the Biden administration. (WTOL)

  3. Toledo Municipal Court Judge Michelle Wagner aimed at law students Ohio Northern University on Tuesday with a speech titled “A View from the Bench.” Judge Wagner was instrumental in developing the Court’s approach to domestic violence cases, including shielding victims from their abusers and appointing special prosecutors.   4. Yana KhabinaA UToledo graduate and track athleteGrew up in Ukraine and continues to live in the Glass City. Khabinas Family still lives there Ukraine and COVID complications prevent her grandparents from evacuating to a bomb shelter. (13abc Action News)

  5. Airport highway was closed between Barclay and Elmdale after TOledo Police was chasing a car that had been reported stolen. A driver who was not involved in the chase was hit, was taken to the hospital and the suspect was taken into custody. (13abc Action News)
