Vincent Gilmore doesn’t report car accident, says he ‘didn’t think about calling the police’ – Scoop: Nashville



Vincent Gilmore, 30, was charged with failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident on April 12. At approximately 11:47 a.m., officers spoke with Gilmore, who called to say he had been in a car accident. Gilmore stated he was struck by an unknown white four-door sedan that he received no information about. Gilmore added that he was “shocked” by the experience and “didn’t think about calling the police” at the time of the collision. He was subsequently taken to court for the incident that day. Gilmore was later charged on the grounds that he failed to report an accident and left the scene of an accident on May 7.

Vincent Gilmore of Pin Oak Drive in Antioch, TN, was charged May 7 on a summons for failure to report and leaving the scene of a crime.
