Police are investigating an early morning shooting in Pearl City that left one man injured

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Honolulu police are investigating an early morning shooting in Pearl City that left one man injured.

It happened around 1:30 am

Police said a 21-year-old man was taken to a Pearl City area hospital with a gunshot wound to the hand. No word on his current condition.

Hospital staff called police to report the incident and HPD opened an attempted murder investigation.

To date, no arrests have been made and no suspect has been identified.
