Somerset, Kentucky, man charged with alleged child sexual abuse in 1997

SOMERSET, Ky. (FOX 56) – A Somerset man was arrested after being issued a felony warrant for first-degree sodomy with a victim under 12 years old.

According to an arrest report, 50-year-old Charles Eldon Richardson was arrested Thursday.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation began when an adult came forward and said Richardson sexually assaulted her in 1997 when they were 10 years old.
