Police said the 4-year-old Maijor Garland was picked up from his daycare by his biological mother on Monday afternoon, July 29, 2024, at around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday garland.

According to police, Garland came to the daycare and asked an employee if she could see the child so she could hug him. She then took him to her car and drove off without the permission of Majijor’s guardian.

Garland drove a Dark gray Chevrolet Malibu, year of manufacture 2012, with Delaware license plate XQ531705.

Maijor is described as approximately 3 feet tall and 40 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black shorts and white socks.
