Nationwide Silver Alert issued for 14-year-old girl from Hartford City

HARTFORD CITY, Ind. – A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Hartford City teenager.

Jasmine Marie Phillips, 14, was last seen in Hartford City around 7 p.m. Monday.

She is described as Hispanic, 5’3″, 125 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a ponytail, clear-framed glasses, a black hoodie, jeans, and black shoes.

When she was last seen, she was riding a dark blue mountain bike with teal brake levers.

According to Silver Alert, the teenager is “believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical attention.”

Anyone with information on Jasmine’s whereabouts is asked to call Hartford City Police at 765-348-4819.

The Silver Alert was issued at 3:29 am
