The U.S. Marshals said 41-year-old David Laudati of Newington was arrested and charged with 11 counts of voyeurism and eight counts of attempted voyeurism.

Laudati was wanted in connection with a September 2023 investigation by the Buckeye Police Department. The exact details of that investigation were not immediately released.

Before the investigation, he was employed as a swimming coach, federal authorities said.

Newington police said he was being held on $500,000 bail and is due in court in New Britain, Connecticut, on Tuesday.

Laudati has been charged with being a fugitive from justice and is being held pending extradition to Maricopa County, the U.S. Marshals said.
